Pradeep Karatgi is Managing Partner at Innovation Platform Capital, CEO of Healthcare, and Head of India, where he leads healthcare strategy, India platform development, and execution across iPC’s India-based opportunities.

He brings over 25 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and innovation-led businesses. He has held leadership roles as Co-Founder, Executive Director, and Board Member across multiple companies, including building and scaling IDRS Labs Private Limited, and previously held senior scientific roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.

His experience includes commercialization of advanced technologies, cross-border partnerships, and execution of complex growth strategies across global markets.

At iPC, he supports the development of large-scale platforms including healthcare innovation, hyperscale digital infrastructure, and integrated energy systems, positioning India as a strategic hub for global investment and execution.
