John Cooper is a Senior Partner at Innovation Platform Capital, where he supports capital formation, distribution strategy, and investor engagement across the firm’s investment platforms.

He brings extensive experience in U.S. wealth and asset management, having held senior leadership roles including President and CEO of U.S. Distribution, where he led large-scale distribution teams, turnaround initiatives, and complex M&A integrations.

His expertise spans institutional and intermediary distribution across wealth management, high-net-worth clients, defined contribution, insurance, RIA, and bank trust channels. He has managed broad multi-asset product platforms, including alternatives, mutual funds, ETFs, unit investment trusts, collective trusts, and separately managed accounts.

At iPC, he contributes to the firm’s capital raising strategy and expansion of institutional and intermediary investor networks.
