Juraj Barus is Managing Partner, Middle East & Africa, at iPC Energy Investments, where he focuses on regional platform development, cross-border transactions, and strategic partnerships across energy, infrastructure, and real assets.

He brings over 20 years of international experience spanning executive leadership and deal execution. Prior to iPC, he served as Executive Director at IBM for Romania and the Republic of Moldova, where he built and scaled one of the company’s largest regional operations, and as Global Director at Clarios, leading multi-regional business units, integrations, and transformation initiatives.

Over the past decade, he has structured and executed transactions and strategic partnerships across Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East, with a focus on renewable energy, industrial platforms, and infrastructure investments.

At iPC, he supports the firm’s energy investment activities and expansion across the Middle East and Africa.
