Yasser Geissah is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across investment banking, private equity, healthcare, and diversified industrial sectors in the UAE and wider GCC. He brings a proven track record in steering multi-billion-dirham organizations, executing landmark IPOs, and shaping corporate strategy at board and shareholder levels.

Throughout his career, Yasser has held senior positions at some of the region’s most influential institutions. As Chief Executive Officer of The National Investor (TNI), he led strategic transformation initiatives, oversaw a broad portfolio of operating companies, and chaired or served on executive committees across real estate, hospitality, food services, and retail businesses. His earlier leadership roles include CEO of CAPM Investment, CEO of Manazel Real Estate, and Managing Director & Head of Equity Capital Markets at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, giving him deep insights into capital markets, corporate governance, and institutional investment across MENA.

Yasser’s board experience spans healthcare, financial services, investment management, and Shari’a-compliant finance. He has served as Board Director, Committee Chair, and Shareholder Representative for organizations such as Advance Cure Diagnostic Centers, Islamic Facilities House, and Insight Capital Management (ADGM). His achievements include establishing multiple investment funds, closing numerous private equity transactions, and playing a pivotal role in 16 major IPOs across the GCC—contributing to the development of several of the region’s flagship listed companies.
