Dr. Raviraj Pillai is a Senior Partner at Innovation Platform Capital and Scientific & R&D Advisor to GenZen Pharmaceuticals, where he supports product innovation, portfolio strategy, and the development of advanced pharmaceutical platforms.

He brings over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, having held senior leadership roles at global companies including Strides Pharma Science, Abbott, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Perrigo Company plc.

His experience spans generics, specialty pharmaceuticals, and new chemical entities, with a track record of directing 100+ ANDA filings across multiple dosage forms and advancing drug development programs from discovery through Phase III clinical trials.

At iPC, he contributes to the scientific direction and execution of healthcare investments, supporting the development and scaling of differentiated pharmaceutical products and innovation-led platforms.
