Gursh S. Kundan is Founder, Managing Partner & CEO of Innovation Platform Capital, where he leads the firm’s strategy, platform development, and institutional partnerships across energy, healthcare, and digital infrastructure.

He brings over 35 years of experience in global asset management and private markets. He previously held senior leadership roles at Invesco and Merrill Lynch, where he played a key role in raising over $350 billion across asset classes, including private equity.

He has led global distribution, M&A integration, and strategic growth initiatives, working with major financial institutions including Morgan Stanley and UBS.
At iPC, he focuses on building integrated investment platforms that combine direct asset development with institutional capital.
