James “Colter” Eadie is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Abraxas Power Corp., the energy platform of Innovation Platform Capital, where he leads the development of large-scale renewable energy and integrated power infrastructure projects.

He brings extensive experience in the development, financing, and operation of renewable energy assets across wind, solar, and hydro generation. Prior to Abraxas, he co-founded Jade Power Trust, a publicly listed energy platform on the TSX Venture Exchange, which owned and operated renewable assets across Europe and was subsequently acquired by Enery Power Holding GmbH.

Throughout his career, he has led teams awarded over $9 billion in energy and infrastructure projects through government programs and strategic partnerships.

At iPC, he is responsible for advancing the firm’s energy transition strategy through platform-led development of utility-scale renewable and green energy infrastructure.
