Jovan Phull is a Partner at Innovation Platform Capital, where he supports the development and scaling of deep-tech and engineering-led platforms across the firm’s investment portfolio.

He brings experience in systems engineering, product development, and the commercialisation of advanced technologies across aerospace, defence, healthcare infrastructure, and industrial systems. Prior to iPC, he was Co-Founder and CTO of KON Aerosystems, where he led the development of eTOLS, an electromagnetic UAV launch system, overseeing engineering, intellectual property strategy, and early commercialisation efforts.

Earlier in his career, he worked in systems engineering and certification at Safran Landing Systems and contributed to infrastructure performance initiatives at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
At iPC, he focuses on evaluating deep-tech opportunities, supporting technical execution, and enabling portfolio companies to translate complex engineering capabilities into scalable, investor-ready products.
