Omar Al Rasheed is a Senior Partner at Innovation Platform Capital and Managing Partner of Omar Alrasheed Law Firm, where he advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government entities across the Middle East.

He brings over 20 years of experience in commercial transactions, cross-border legal structuring, and regulatory advisory. He has represented global clients including ExxonMobil, Halliburton, Bechtel, Ford Motor Company, Merck, and Mars, with a focus on complex international mandates and sovereign-related matters.

He played a lead role in Saudi Arabia’s accession to the World Trade Organization and advises family offices, sovereign entities, and institutional stakeholders across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He currently serves on the board of Almabani, a leading infrastructure company associated with the Public Investment Fund.

At iPC, he provides legal and strategic oversight across cross-border investments, supporting regulatory navigation, transaction structuring, and market entry across complex jurisdictions.
